Custom Orders & Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the fresh, perishable, and handcrafted nature of our floral products, all sales for custom orders and fresh flower arrangements are final and non-refundable once the order has been produced or fulfilled.
- Pre-Approval & Design: For custom orders, final designs and flower substitutions are agreed upon prior to delivery or pickup. Once approved and constructed, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Delivery & Customer Responsibility: If a customer requests that an arrangement be left outdoors, at a doorstep, or with a third party because the recipient is unavailable, Million Rose Flowers is not responsible for any damage, decay, or theft resulting from environmental exposure (sun, wind, extreme temperatures, or lack of hydration).
- Flower Care & Maintenance: Fresh flowers require immediate unpacking, water replenishment, and proper room temperature maintenance upon delivery. Removal of protective shipping paper, satin coverings, and transit packaging is strictly required to allow proper air circulation and hydration. Damage resulting from improper handling, failure to remove packaging, or delayed care post-delivery is the customer's responsibility.
Order Pickup Policy
At Million Rose Flowers, we work hard to ensure your fresh floral arrangements are ready when you need them. Please review our location guidelines below:
Pickup Hours by Location:
- Queen Downtown & East York Locations:Standard Pickup: Available until 8:00 PM for same-day orders placed before 8:00 PM.After 8:00 PM – Smart Shop Pickup: After 8:00 PM, these locations transition to an automated Smart Shop (no staff on-site).Orders placed after 8:00 PM are accepted by phone/call only. Please call the shop directly to double-check if your same-day or late pickup option is available.Once confirmed over the phone, our team will provide instructions on how to access and collect your arrangement.
- Richmond Hill & Hamilton Locations:Standard Pickup: Pickup at these locations is available until 5:00 PM.Orders placed after 5:00 PM for these locations must be confirmed directly with the shop by phone to check availability.
How to Collect Your Order:
During standard operating hours, please present your order confirmation number or the name on the order upon arrival. For Smart Shop pickups after 8:00 PM at Queen Downtown or East York, follow the specific instructions provided during your phone confirmation.
